Conney Conference on Jewish Arts - Jewish/American/Israeli: Intertwined Identities - March 24-26, 2015




Tuesday, March 24th begins the 2015 Conney Conference on Jewish Arts on the campus of USC

Reception/Registration in the evening of Monday the 23rd with events running through Thursday, March 26th.

Location of this series will be: Tuesday at Doheny Library
Wednesday and Thursday at USC Hillel


We are pleased to announce 12 JAI Artist Members are participating in making presentations at this year's event:

Bill Aron, Stacie Chaikin, Josh Feldman, Gilah Yelin Hirsch, Andrea Hodos, Anne Hromadka
Rachel Kupferman, Sagi Refael, Lidia Shaddow, Doni Silver Simons, Hillel Smith, Jana Zimmer

There will also be presenters from all over the U.S. and some from Israel as well. The Conference is co-sponsoredby the USC Initiative for Israeli Arts and Humanities and University of Wisconsin's Mosse/Weinstein Center for Jewish Studies. This is the first time in its 10 year history the Conney Conference will be presented someplace other then in Madison, Wisconsin.
